Context of Role
Operating within the MA Support & Development Division, this role reports to the Team Leader Architect of Cooperation Caribbean. It functions as part of the global Architects of Cooperation (AoC) community, coordinating with regional and global teams to facilitate effective support to MAs and CPs. The role encompasses programmatic and financial oversight, youth engagement affiliates and strategic collaboration across IPPF’s Secretariat and Federation, with a portfolio of different Caribbean country affiliates.
Role Purpose
Enable the growth and development of Member Associations (MAs) and Collaborative Partners (CPs) in the Caribbean region, with a focus on gender equality, diversity, and humanitarian acute response. Guide the integration of new MAs and CPs in order to shape inclusive and resilient partnerships that advance sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).
